Challenge: Create a simple and streamlined one-stop shop for board members, volunteers and part-time employees to learn the structure of a burgeoning non-profit.  

Solution: Design a multi-media learning solution to include multiple job aids, QRGs, graphic organizers, videos, and collaborative spaces for onboarding. Note: Do to company privacy requirements, the Google Classroom in which this was created cannot be shared. Therefore, included are a few samples of the learning artifacts presented within that Classroom.

Challenge: Integrate the experiences of past learners with current ones.

Solution: Empower learners to recruit, interview, record, photograph, edit, and scribe the experience of a past Henrico High School Warrior. Lead learners to archive this work in accessible online database.
